Zen & Body Flow

Meditation (Zazen) and presence through the body.

A space to slow down and reconnect with yourself

We often live with our attention in the mind : thoughts, tasks, concerns.
The body, however, holds our experience, our story and the possibility to return to the

present moment.
This workshop offers a pause in the weekly rhythm; an invitation to come back to the body and

from there, open to silence.

Session Includes:
  • First, we move the body, breathe, feel its weight and rhythm to release accumulated    tension and allow energy to flow.

  • Then, as we sit in silence (zazen) to cultivate calm and mindfulness, the silence is not forced:  it arises naturally.

  • From there, meditation becomes an organic and profound experience of presence.

  • Each session lasts between one to one a half hours.

 

No previous experience is required : only the willingness to breathe, feel and be present.

And confortable dark clothes.

Relaxing the body is the first step to calming the mind.
In shared silence, what is essential can be felt again.
