Bio
Professional profile

I was born in Argentina, moved to Spain in 2002, and in 2017, I had my first encounter with Norway during a seasonal job at Hotel Finse 1222. One day, Randi Skaug came for a massage—she felt the depth of my work and later invited me to join her project on Naustholmen Island. That encounter opened a path I’ve been walking every summer since.

I discovered Shiatsu in 2003 at a time when I was feeling lost and overwhelmed. In the midst of a dark chapter, I came across a book about Shiatsu—I didn’t know what it was, but something in it called to me. That moment sparked a deep curiosity, and what began as a lifeline soon became my path.

In 2004, I started my training at the Escola de Shiatsu i Moviment in Barcelona, aligned with the European Shiatsu Federation. I completed my professional certification as a Shiatsu Movement Therapist and from there, everything slowly began to take shape.

During my training, I was completely captivated by how this therapy works.
As I deepened my practice and personal journey, I learned to recognize my fears, embrace my strengths and limitations, and discover my inner power.
This process taught me to truly see and accept myself.

It was this holistic approach particularly focused on the body, its functioning, and the impact of our surroundings and emotional management that inspired me to become a professional in shiatsu and contact therapy.
Over the years, I participated in experiential workshops focused on the voice, emotional embodiment, and somatic practices—expanding my understanding of how the body stores and expresses lived experience Alongside shiatsu, I have gained extensive experience in sports massage, deep tissue work, foot reflexology, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and prenatal massage

I found my true calling in connecting with people—supporting them through their unique life journeys and offering tools to navigate their needs with more clarity and presence. What moves me is to hold a space where each person feels safe to listen inwardly, reconnect with their body, and uncover the strength and clarity needed to become the truest, most alive version of themselves.

Today, I call this evolving practice Contact Shiatsu—a therapeutic art and bodywork approach rooted in listening, presence, silence, breath, and authentic movement.

For me, healing begins here: in the simplicity of contact, the pause, the breath, and the attentive presence that reconnects mind and body.
It is a space of connection, where empathy, rest, and inner awareness can naturally emerge—a mindful break that invites us back to ourselves.
