Philosophy & Aproach

I believe that by truly listening to your body, you can discover a more comfortable, joyful way of being in the world.
In today’s fast-paced life, reconnecting with your body can profoundly enrich your sense of balance.
I’m Daniela, a body therapist since 2008.
My path began at the Movement Shiatsu School in Barcelona, where I discovered
the power of touch as a way to connect, support, and transform.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve developed Contact Shiatsu—an approach that blends traditional techniques with mindful, compassionate presence. This practice is both therapeutic and meditative, offering a space to explore the body as a gateway to emotional awareness and healing. Each session is rooted in deep listening, observation, and presence—tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.

Experience personalized contact therapies that nurture body and mind, guiding you towards balance and renewed vitality. Take the first step to a healthier, more connected self.

Following the Seasons: My Path Through the Year

Winter and Early Spring
From January to February, I return to my homeland, reconnecting with my roots. In March, I head to Barcelona to resume my practice, and in April I settle in Oslo, eager to reconnect with those I’ve been seeing since last December.
Summer
In May, I travel further north to embrace nature fully while working at Naustholmen Adventure Island and Manshausen Island. Here, I spend the summer immersed in the vibrant energy of the region, offering my therapeutic services amid breathtaking landscapes.
Late Summer, Autumn and Early Winter
Starting in August, I gradually ease back into the city. Then, from mid September until mid-December, I remain in Oslo, concluding this seasonal cycle.
